    “I am a long time customer, since nearly the beginning of your company. The current Lamyusa website is by far the worst customer interface that you have ever provided. Tonight I went on line and unlike in the past when I would place an order for new writing instruments, refills, etc. I struggled for over an hour to try and place the order I wanted. I could not select blue ink cartridges no matter what I did. This condition cost you a sale tonight and if my experience was typical (I am a very experienced computer/web user) you are losing big money. Best Wishes but I think you could end up with a lean Christmas.”
