    “Two weeks ago I was in San Francisco and decided to visit the Lamy store. The sales person simply did not care a minute to us to offer or even help. Lucky her that I knew exactly what I really want, but unfortunatelly I forgot to ask for a converter to my new Studio. When I was back to the hotel I realised that I could not use the new pen since it did not come even with a cartridge. So my question is? Shouldn't her be proactive offering that? I got really disapointed on all this as I bought 6 itens by myself. regards, Fernando”
