    “Great pens, poor customer service. I contacted customer support about a few repairs and a few parts that I need. Yolanda vigil replied, saying that someone would get back with me at their earliest convenience. A few weeks go by and no response. So, I resend my email. I politely asked if someone had a chance to look over my request. Yolanda vigil responded, saying.. Sir, you need to contact Bob Nurin. This problem with Kant’s poor support goes back 5 years. I bought a pen for a friend who was just drafted into the NFL. The pen was missing a small black O ring. I contacted lamy about this and they were friendly and promptly sent the wrong part. I contacted them again. I was very apologetic, saying it must’ve been my fault. Because I was so polite they promptly sent me another wrong part. Guess what? I contacted them again and because I was so polite they promptly sent me another wrong part. After this, I decided to just let it go. ”
